First of all, KNOW that you can make changes that drastically and significantly affect the myriad aspects of your life. What areas would you like to change? As examples, take, these ideas from our List of Conditions for LifeChange: self-discipline or trust & self-confidence or releasing fear or managing anger or goal accomplishment or self-esteem & self-confidence or stopping smoking or weight management. A. How much do you want to change? 1

B. How
much time, energy, diligence, dedication, money are you willing to put
into accomplishing #1?
C. Are your two positions comparable? For example, If it is incredibly important to you to accomplish a goal(s) -- you marked this a "10," are you at "9" or "10"on how much you are willing to invest to accomplish the goal(s)? Or, if #1 is a "5," is #2 a "4" to "6"? Marking these two scales in this way is being realistic. Success at whatever you choose to pursue requires a realistic outlook! If your two positions were not comparable, what are you willing to change to make them so?
Once your outlook is realistic, it is time to Make your Personalized Plan: D. Designing Your Own Personalized Program for LifeChange: 1. a. What I really want in my life is ________________________________________________________.
b. What I will have to change to accomplish #1 is _____________________________________________________________________________.
Defining a goal in terms of the specific behaviors required to accomplish that goal is an important step in creating your Personalized Program Plan. For example, if what you determined in #1 was that you want to be happier, you would decide what specific behaviors would contribute to you feeling increased happiness. Perhaps it would be donating 1 hour/week to a good cause. If this is the case for you, you might include calling volunteer organizations to find a place to volunteer as #3a below or talking to 3 of the suggested volunteer organizations might be #3a below, etc. I have gotten you started and helped you to create this list by filling in step #2a, so you need only list 4 specific behaviors! 2. In terms of specific behaviors, 3 specific behaviors that will give me what I want in #1 are: a. Listen
to self-hypnosis tape 2x/day -- once in b. c.
3. a) Describe in detail how you would start #2a: (1) I order the Hypnosis LifeChange Program. To do so, click here.
Subsequent steps, upon receiving the LifeChange Program would be -- (2) Once in a.m. I put tape in tape player, sit down and relax;

As I listen to the tape, breathing deeply, I let the words direct my
mind and my (4) I also do this once in the late afternoon
3. b) Describe in detail how you would start #2b: (Include time required, time(s) of day you would select, any materials you would need to have on hand to begin, how/when you would secure materials, etc.)
3. c) Describe in detail how you would start #2c:
Please Note: Give yourself ample time and good effort to complete each of these areas. If, after doing so, you still cannot think of any specific behaviors to accomplish #1, just use #2a. Listening diligently to the Hypnosis tape Program can free your own creativity -- then, as steps come to your mind, fill in #2b, #2c, #2d and #2e.
