THEORY:
Each
of us creates what we believe. Our lives are the direct reflection of
the content of our thought. If you think, "I cannot do that." You will
be right! You will make yourself right. Self-fulfilling prophecy is at
work on a daily basis in the life of each and every human being!
ACTION:
Choose
to change one belief about yourself. Write down the change in a
statement that reflects this change already happening in your life.
For
example, let's say that you want to change a belief that you can never
do anything right. You would write down a statement like, "I am good at
doing things in my life!" or "I do a lot that is good each day!" or "I
am amazed at how many right things I do each day."
Now
see, feel, imagine yourself acting as if this change were already
occurring in your day-to-day activities. Notice how you feel ... Notice
what happens.
