This program is designed to span 30-days -- a 30-day period for focused concentration on what Happiness is and how to deepen its effects in your life.  This Challenge includes articles on Happiness -- a progressive approach, in which a new article is read each day PLUS email support to help you stay focused on your Happiness goal.   
This challenge also includes an in-depth Happiness Journal for use in extending the areas of Happiness for you to enjoy each day.  The purpose of this Challenge is to guide you to expand your experiences of Joy and Happiness, allowing them to fill your life!
